WHAT IS CAM 'N EGGS?

I fell in love with breakfast in my early 20’s,  covering wheelchair basketball for the Edmonton Journal — I traveled with the Alberta Northern Lights — most of the games were at night so we had lots of time for breakfast — in fact, the coffee pot made its rounds during a three-hour breakfast at a Holiday Inn on Star Street in 1980 —— and, players and coaches came by to for visits — I love pancakes, French toast and eggs — still have at least five, maybe 6 fried egg sandwiches a week. (Please don’t tell Dr. Fraser)

The people I meet for breakfast was the thing that makes is special — I’ve taken their personalities and lessons, added some creativity and sprinkle the day’s news stories to bring the gang I call the Breakfast Bunch alive — and, they stop in for CAM AND EGGS starting at 5 a.m.!!
